Cabled Multi Camera System
The Bennex cabled Multi camera system allows you to monitor and control any number
of cameras and winches from a central point.
Control Panel
The control panel is the heart of the multi camera system. Purpose built for
this application, the tough, aluminium housed panel allows individual control
of any number of cameras and winches using seperate joysticks. A high visibility
LED readout shows current camera number. 230vAC powered (100vAC optional). It
also features a resettable fuse, BNC and phono video outputs.
Cameras can also be connected directly to the panel making it ideal for single
camera installations or boat based plug in systems.
Relay Boxes
The relay box allows the connection of multiple cameras to one point on the cage
group - a single BUS cable then linking the relay box to the barge or central
viewing point. Further relay boxes can be 'daisychained' on using bus cables providing
a elegant and flexible cabled solution. 2 types of relay boxes are available -
either standard camera and winch relay boxes (each in 4 or 8 channel verions)
or combination relay boxes (with 4 or 8 camera/winches).
We recommend the use of our secondary stainless steel enclosures as shown in
the pictures above. By shielding the internal waterproof boxes and connectors
from waves and bad weather, they ensure a long life for the system.
